"My first bike purchase from BMW of Denver was in 1987. I have to date purchased and traded in about four motorcycles since my return to Colorado in 1999. The sales, service and, parts guys and gals have always gone above and beyond to make sure that my experience is not only positive with regards to the service but friendly. "I would like to thank the staff,sales,and parts department for making my purchase of a 2003 k model bike a pleasure. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to help me.The salesman chriss was very paitent and answard all my petty questions professionaly.The parts department all introduced them selvs so I would know who to deal with if I needed parts. "The sale on my new R1200RT was great, Chris did a fantastic job of helping me get exactly what I wanted as far as the options on my new bike. I have owned it for about three months now and am close to 3,000 miles on it. Clem in the service depatment has always took time in answering all of my questions, and Carson in the parts department has been a great big help in getting me what I am looking for. When I have any questions instead of calling I will just take a ride over just to get all of my answers taken care of. When I enter the door it seems like everybody knows me by my first and always get a hand shake from Chris and a how's it going from Carson. So we talk about our rides for a short while. It is like visiting family. Great place to visit.
